The Job

You will be joining the SCAN team focused on digital marketing and direct to consumer sales to support Annual Enrollment period (AEP) activities. This interim position will use data to drive consumer and business insights to identify areas of opportunity for digital marketing, campaign optimizations and sales strategic initiatives in conjunction with the digital market and sales manager. The person should be proactive, detail-oriented, collaborator with strong execution and project management skills.

You Will

• Support optimization of digital marketing campaigns to improve lead generation and all aspects of the conversion funnel
• Responsible for day-to-day execution of digital campaigns and measuring the performance of each digital campaign including but not limited to SEM. Social, YouTube, 3rd party leads, and SEO. Continuously optimize the campaigns to reduce CPC and Cost per acquisition
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and digital teams on responses to market and informational needs during AEP such as new content for the site or landing page optimizations
• Support executive level reporting and presentations on digital sales and product progress throughout AEP
• Identify and help to mitigate issues and risks throughout AEP timeline
• Actively support the achievement of SCAN’s Vision and Goals
• Other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Economics, User Experience, Mathematics, Psychology, or related field
• 4-6 years’ experience in direct-to-consumer marketing with deep expertise in digital marketing or Comparable management consulting experience
• Experience with User experience design is preferred
• Experience in Medicare industry required
• Detailed understanding of campaign performance, attribution, and optimizations.
